On the 6th, 7th, and 12th August 2008, Raja Petra published the 3 defamatory articles on me with other commenters publishing their comments following the 3 defamatory articles. All of the commenters are equally guilty of defamation and various offences of vulgarities under the Penal Code.

Our Comment:

1. We strongly condemn Muhammad Shafee Abdullah to the bones for denigrating Raja Petra, our family. He is a Royal and no one can change that. Even if it means that there is only one drop of Royal blood flowing in his veins, he is definitely still a Royal and our family. Once Raja Petra is being treated unjustly, we also feel the pinch.

We know Raja Petra. He just wants to clean the Government of all corruption and wrong doings. Is that too difficult to understand?

2. Islam teaches us to give the rights of our family first, then to others. Of course, we must always be fair and just to other Muslims and Non-Muslims and give them their due rights.

3. So, we have included Muhammad Shafee Abdullah and all those who have conspired with him to frame Anwar in this latest sodomy allegation in our C-List. They will suffer the wrath of Allah s.w.t. soon for framing Anwar and denigrating Raja Petra.

4. There is a saying in Malaysia that goes by sort of: "If you see a despicable person and a snake, kill this person first..." and Muhammad Shafee Abdullah is this kind of person. We saw him on TV and with just one glance we were able to 'see' that he is an arrogant, corrupted and twisted man who will do whatever it takes to use and hide behind man-made laws to achieve his despicable goals. Period.

PERMATANG PAUH: Pas spiritual adviser Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat said Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan's method of swearing on the Quran was against the teachings of Islam.

He said the act of placing the hand on the Quran while taking the oath to declare that one was telling the truth was imitating what Christians did when they placed their hand on the Bible.

"In Islam, anyone can swear that they are telling the truth, but they do not have to hold the Quran," he said.

Our Comment:

1. Tuan Guru Nik Aziz is right. Tuan Guru Abdul Hadi is right. Dr Haron Din is right. Dr Asri is right. Raja Petra is also right.

2. But, as we have said before, Tuan Guru Abdul Hadi is right in saying that both Anwar and Saiful should take this matter to the Syariah court. Anwar has done so. When will Saiful do it?

3. The rest of the UMNO commenters are wrong, especially Dr Mahathir who is an ex-UMNO member. So, we can see now who really understands Islam properly, adequately and are willing to die to uphold Islam and who are just opportunists, transgressors and hypocrites.

We would like to convey the following:

1. Ghazali Sheikh Khalid, the Malaysian Ambassador to US, has been involved in the scandal with Jack Abramoff and associates in the US to receive bribes amounting to USD1.2 million from the Malaysian Government then for setting up Dr Mahathir's meeting with Bush in year 2002. So, Ghazali is a corrupted official and does not deserve to represent Malaysia in the US. Also, he is Dr Mahathir's cohort. Why is Abdullah Haji Ahmad Badawi re-electing him for this post? We strongly urge the US Government to protest on this re-assignment.

2. We oppose the amendment to the DNA Act that allows the Police or any other authority to forcefully take the DNA sample of a suspect in criminal cases or any other case for that matter. This is a violation of the individual rights of a human being. A human being should be treated with respect and dignity. So, if the suspect gives his/her DNA sample willingly, then that is alright.

The way that the PDRM, AG's Chambers, lawyers and the Judiciary in Malaysia are acting, we do not see that the preparation and test of the DNA sample will not be abused and tampered with. Without rampant snatching of one's DNA sample, the 'bad hats' in the Government cannot frame innocent people in Malaysia.

3. We are against the opinion of Dr Mashitah Ibrahim that allows one to make loans to perform the Haj or Umrah. It is not right to do so since Allah s.w.t. has decreed that performing the Haj is mandatory only for those who are able to do so. Furthermore, performing the Umrah is only optional. Whereas, Dr Mashitah Ibrahim is teaching the Muslims to learn making loans just like drinking water. For this purpose, it is wrong. What if the person after performing the Haj or Umrah dies before completing the loan repayment? Would that put more burden on the deceased and his/her family in this life and the Hereafter? Do not burden the Muslims in Malaysia with what Allah s.w.t. has made easy for them.

Think seriously and deeply about this, Dr Mashitah, and do not follow your whims and fancies. No wonder the Government can use the 'Islam Hadhari' label to insult Islam. Look at all these advisors around the PM. What a shame?

Raja Petra Duped By Dr Mahathir !!!

1. Since Raja Petra met Dr Mahathir recently, he did not seem to criticize Dr Mahathir anymore. In fact, on some instances Raja Petra even supported and defended Dr Mahathir. This is what we have observed so far.

2. Raja Petra has been hit by Dr Mahathir's black magic when he went to see him. That's why Raja Petra is behaving in an apologetic way towards Dr Mahathir.

3. Raja Petra did not even realize that he had been had. We advise him to seek treatment before it is too late. Later on, the devils used in Dr Mahathir's black magic will terrorize him and his family, unless these devils are destroyed first.
