We would like to convey the following:

1. As per our request to the PM before, we find that our requests have not been fully addressed.

2. Time's up. With each day that passes by, all those who have removed and/or who have not restored the original rights and powers of the Malay Rulers shall be held accountable including their collaborators, irrespective of who becomes the PM of Malaysia.

3. The corruption in the Government is still widespread especially among UMNO and Ex-UMNO members and supporters. At least we are seeing the new Bills on a re-vamped ACA and Judiciary appointments in motion. Let's see whether they materialize or not.

4. The IPCMC is a white elephant. Until it is being fully implemented, there will be rampant corruption, abuse of power and collaboration with organized crime syndicates especially when Musa Hassan is still the IGP. And we are going to say it again here that as long as Musa Hassan is the IGP, the crime rate will never decrease, inshaAllah.

5. The EC (SPR) is still not a truly independent body. During the last GE, postal votes were still being used to win the BN candidates. As long as there are gerrymandering and abuse of postal votes, the General Elections in Malaysia are still not transparent and fair enough. With this, Malaysia will never be a truly democratic country as per World standards on general elections.

6. Due to all these complacencies, abuses, corruption and deceptions, we have no choice but to implement Phase 45 of our Improvement Plan. This is to ensure that the Constitutional Monarchy system is here to stay forever to serve as a check-and-balance and to ensure that the citizens of Malaysia are not being deprived of all their democratic rights as written in the Constitution of Malaysia and also to prevent Malaysia from being robbed, sodomized and raped by the unscrupulous, corrupted and irresponsible politicians.

SHAH ALAM, Nov 7 — The High Court today ordered that Raja Petra Kamarudin, editor of the popular news portal Malaysia Today, be released from detention after ruling that his arrest for allegedly causing racial tensions was unlawful.

High Court Justice Syed Ahmad Helmy Syed Ahmad ruled that the Home Minister acted outside his powers in having Raja Petra arrested on Sept 12, said the blogger’s lawyer Malik Imtiaz Sarwar.

He quoted the judge as saying the grounds given for Raja Petra's detention were insufficient and that his arrest under the Internal Security Act was unlawful.

Our Comment:

1. Alhamdulillah, all praise be to Allah s.w.t. who has destined that Raja Petra be released from ISA detention today.

2. We commend High Court Justice Syed Ahmad Helmy Syed Ahmad for upholding Truth & Justice in this case and also lawyer Malik Imtiaz Sarwar for his strong commitment. Thank you very much for the job well done. May Allah s.w.t. blesses them both always.

3. Welcome home Raja Petra to families and friends. Don't forget to do a small & simple thanksgiving feast ('kenduri kesyukuran') because of Allah s.w.t., inshaAllah.

We Prefer A Thrifty Budget In Difficult Times !!!

Analyst: Stimulus package seen as neutral

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 5 – The government's RM7 billion stimulus package is seen to have a neutral effect on the economy with the financial markets being weighed down by slowing growth, an analyst said today.

Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak announced yesterday that 2009 growth rates will slide to 3.5 percent from the initial forecast of 5.4 percent while the 2008 gross domestic product (GDP) growth will contract to 5.0 percent from 5.7 percent.

Our Comment:

1. We strongly recommend that the Government be on a thrift budget for 2009 rather than on a 'spendthrift' one in the wake of the economic recession. Do not use the logic of following other countries when we know that they are not perfect and have faltered lately.

2. We make this call based on the Islamic principle of thriftiness. Also, we can take the example of Prophet Joseph a.s. where he put his country then on a thrift budget knowing that they would face hardship in the land at that time.

3. We think that the current 2009 budget is not wise enough. We let the economic experts dissect it. Then, they will see what we mean, inshaAllah.

Our Comment:

1. We strongly condemn all UMNO & Ex-UMNO members to the bones for asking/giving/taking bribes in the UMNO elections, be it in the past or present.

2. We would like to remind them that involving in bribes is a big sin. Islam says that whosoever gives or takes bribes, both of them will go to Hell. So, are the UMNO members serious about being good Muslims or are they just want to make lots of bad money? If the answer to the latter question is yes, then their future are doomed, especially in the Hereafter.

3. We think that if they do not repent, then they are not fit to be the leaders of the people of Malaysia and lead the country, let alone be the supporters and defenders of the Malays Rulers. It is a big disgrace. They will suffer the wrath of Allah s.w.t. soon for their evil deeds.

4. It is not enough for the UMNO's disciplinary council to just take action on the candidates. They should also take action on all those members who are involved in bribes. No wonder Tengku Razaleigh only received 1 nomination. We commend him for not involving in the bribes.

5. So, we strongly recommend that the voting system be revert the original system before Dr Mahathir's time to prevent such abuses and anyone qualified can contest. Let the grassroots decide.

Final Advise To Abdullah Haji Ahmad Badawi !!!!!!!!!

We would like to convey the following:

1. As we have said before, Abdullah Haji Ahmad Badawi is a full-term Prime Minister.

2. When he made his decision to quit from being the UMNO's President and PM of Malaysia in June 2010, we still supported him. Although we would very much like him to serve the full term.

3. However, when he was pressured to quit by March 2009, then we foresee that this will cause UMNO to be in a turmoil and consequently Barisan Nasional because we do not think that the needed reforms will be in place by then, inshaAllah.

4. If he proceeds with this transfer of power plan by March 2009, not only there will be turmoil but Barisan Nasional will not be able to establish the Federal Government in the next GE, inshaAllah.

5. The future of UMNO, Barisan Nasional and Malaysia are in "his and the UMNO members' hands". Do not blame anyone else. Let's see what will happen then.
