No Need To Increase Oil Prices. Why?

ONLINE MEDIA STATEMENT
===============

After deliberation, our group's leader would like to convey the following:

1. The Government should not increase the oil prices at all. The rise in the world crude oil prices has only been used as an excuse. Look at Brunei. No oil price increase.

2. Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has fallen into the trap of Dr Mahathir. Dr Mahathir has framed Abdullah through Dr Mahathir's cohorts into believing that the PETRONAS profits cannot cover the existing subsidies.

3. Dr Mahathir and his cohorts in PETRONAS are swindling the oil profits in PETRONAS for their own greedy bellies. The crude oil in Malaysia is of a high quality grade oil. PETRONAS degrades it to a lower quality grade oil and then sells it. So, the profits are less. That's what we see in the formal reports. What we don't see is the other part of this downgrade process is being siphoned off from PETRONAS profits by Dr Mahathir and his cohorts, whether in PETRONAS or outside PETRONAS. Nor Mohamed Yakcop knows about this scam and he is keeping quiet about it.

4. Malaysia's oil reserves will still exist way after year 2013.

5. As a preventive measure, in case the oil reserves start to dwindle long after that, we are able to restore them as what we have done for Brunei's oil reserves. This is our track record.

6. The world crude oil prices will decrease soon.

7. Dr Mahathir is a very evil and greedy man. He has been attacking Abdullah relentlessly. He will not stop until he succeeds. He has tried many ways but could not topple Abdullah. He is now using the oil price strategy to make the members of UMNO and the citizens of Malaysia hate Abdullah for making the lives of people miserable. In actual fact, the members of UMNO love Abdullah and so Dr Mahathir is disgusted with this.

End Statement.

1. Simple logic will tell us that even if the world crude oil prices reach USD200 per barrel, the oil subsidies in Malaysia should not be increased. Why? This is because the higher the crude oil prices, the higher will be the PETRONAS profits. Therefore, more subsidies can be given to maintain the oil prices. The Government is just giving excuses that because the world crude oil prices have soared, they must increase petrol prices so that the Government will not suffer in giving higher subsidies. Brunei can maintain their oil prices. Why can't Malaysia?

2. Dr Mahathir schemed the whole plan to frame Abdullah in this oil price issue. Abdullah, who is a straight and righteous man, has fallen into Dr Mahathir's trap. Abdullah should be very wary and on his toes from now on so that he shall not fall into any of Dr Mahathir's traps again in future. He should consult the people who know the reality of issues.

3. The professionals amongst the Chinese community know well about this PETRONAS oil scam, especially in Penang. We are putting Nor Mohamed Yakcop, all corrupted PETRONAS employees involved in this scam and all people involved in this scam in our C-List, especially Dr Mahathir and his cohorts.

We recommend the Government to investigate and overhaul PETRONAS of all corrupted people involved in this oil scam. Take out Dr Mahathir from being PETRONAS's adviser. Taking him out from PROTON as adviser would also be a wise decision, given his black record.

4. As we have said earlier, our group leader is blessed with ordained foresight ('kashaf'). Like he saw the coming of the Nias & Pakistan earthquakes and other earthquakes around the world, he can also see that the oil reserves in Malaysia will still be sufficient way after year 2013. So, the PETRONAS oil exploration team must start to do a better job now. Do not despair the people.

5. The Sultan of Brunei is ranked as a grandson to our group leader. Previously, he had asked our group leader to resolve the 'oil wells start to dry up' issue in Brunei. The resolution was successful.

6. As in the same line of reasoning in step 4, the world crude oil prices will come down again. How fast? We leave it to the people to witness it. So, we recommend the Government to revert to the previous subsidy structure soonest.

7. Because Dr Mahathir is an evil and a greedy man, because he is relentlessly attacking and framing Abdullah and because of him that the citizens of Malaysia will start to suffer and be miserable due to the increase in oil and food prices, we will start our final actions against him until he perish from the face of this Earth with immediate effect. Period.

Best Regards.........

Quite interesting statement but just wondering whether the one who wrote it, is an engineer or an economist or just a simple idiot.

Of course Brunei did not increase the fuel price. Their population is small and therefore consumption is small. The government can afford to subsidize. Simple logic.

Profit = Revenue - Cost. If the revenue is low (sell cheap fuel), there will be less profit. Cost is high. To restore dwindling oil reserve, more exploration is needed to be done. Exploration is a COST. No revenue associated with exploration. Again, remember profit = revenue - cost.

Higher oil price means Petronas makes more profit..that is correct IF Petronas can sell at the high price. If they have to sell at the low price to meet people demand, how can they make money? Simple logic, Malaysia produce as much as we consume. You can check that in the statistics department.

Don't quite understand on the statement "The professionals amongst the Chinese community know well about this PETRONAS oil scam, especially in Penang". What Chinese professional community got to do with this?

That's some crazy stuff right there. People will always need to use oil. What are we gonna do? I mean, look at the U.S. oilheat users. Some are even going to extremes and stealing oil. We need to get on the green bandwagon. Start with baby steps. Start by using B5 oil. It produces NO greenhouse gases, reduces emissions, and most important of all, helps conserve 400 MILLION gallons of oil. Neat. I found out about this while working for NORA. I saw on this site: http://oilheatamerica.com/index.mv?screen=bioheat

Dear straw,

1. One does not have to be an Engineer or Economist to figure out the mathematics on the world crude oil price increase and the PETRONAS profit increase. It is quite linear. The problem is that along the way, a portion of the 'should be' profits have been siphoned away by Dr Mahathir and his cohorts. That is why the profits published to the PM is not the actual total profits.

2. Sorry, we do not believe in whatever the Government or PETRONAS say if there is no transparency on their part. We are not school kids. Just to remind you, look at the Lingamgate scandal. Do you honestly believe that we can trust Dr Mahathir and the Government?

3. We recommend that you to walk the streets and ask the professionals themselves, especially in Penang. Then, you will get a more detail story on this oil scam.

Dear lena,

While resolving the oil scam in PETRONAS to the core, we fully agree with you on bio-fuels as a viable alternative.

Our main concern here is that the Government should not burden the people for their own mistakes. It is just simple logic plain not fair. Or else, they are fully accountable for their transgressions.

If paklah falls into traps that easily, maybe he's not fit to be a leader. This guy gives us one lie after another & you blame it on Dr M? I'm not Dr M's fan but I think Paklah's stupidity stands on its own. You know, just bcoz he's the grandson of an ulamak doesn't make him one too. Think Nabi Noh a.s. and his children!

Dear lena,

1. We vouch for Pak Lah's righteousness as we have vouch for Najib's sincerity earlier.

2. We are definitely not playing games here, especially the blame game. As you have noticed, we deal only with the truth and total freedom of speech and expression. We are only accountable before Allah s.w.t. for whatever we do and that is our only goal and concern, not worldly interests. We would not even harm an ant if Allah s.w.t. does not warrants so. The bottom line is that whether you want to believe it or not and we are not in any way forcing you to do so. If you follow our action plans for Malaysia and the World from the very beginning and analyze the events/effects/results that have happened related to them, then you will come to know the truth. Unless you are destined not to see the truth, then we are very sorry that we can't help you much.

Pak Lah didn't even smell the trap, what else see it. Can you? He just needs credible advisers around him. This is what we have been saying to him all along, among other things.

3. It is not fair for you to equate him in Prophet Noah a.s.'s case. At that time, the whole World was in a mammoth cleansing process. Presently, we are living in a time not even equal to 1% of the challenges that Prophet Noah a.s. has faced. Follow our blog from the beginning (at least regarding Pak Lah) and you will see the whole picture.

Best Regards.........

It is too simplistic to assume that Pak Lah can't smell anything. The whole gomen system has been screwed and Pak Lah was part of it before. Any sensible person can tell us when there is no transparency and accountability in Petronas, we are screwed!!!

You can't have good governance with the billions of national asset at the tip of one man's finger. Pak Lah is not a saint---the system feeds on this trap and he 'kena konkong' there is nothing he can do even if he wants to! Of course he pays lip service. So is Najib! Notice his lips next time you see his face! Very "lippy"!!!

There are no many interests glued to the Petronas money---the CEO, the top management, the UMNO kutu's and all those fed and snuggled with the corruption. Do they want to lose the gravy? Whoever is the PM will be swathed with trap and the gravy. There is absolutely nothing you can do if things remain as they are and the UMNO/BN death grip is fatal.

There is something we can do! Change and begin anew. There'll be pains! But hey who promised you heaven if you create hell? Didn't religious fundamentals teach us not to screw up?

The change credo must be translated to reality! Do good and more good will come. Do bad and we're sunk!!!

Dear salak,

We agree with you. But, in fact he really did not know that Dr Mahathir has trapped him. His advisers gave him excuses of the world crude oil price rising and what not.

That's why we always encourage people to only have absolute loyalty and support to Allah s.w.t. and Rasulullah s.a.w. alone. Other than that, the loyalty and support are conditional. If our leaders are correct, we are loyal and support them. But, if they deviate or are wrong, we are still loyal and we correct them.
